DESCRIPTION:Due to the severe weather outlook for this afternoon\, the show is postponed! Join us in beautiful Bayview Park for the Waterfront Music Series featuring Segunda Quimbamba.  Segunda Quimbamba is a dance and drum ensemble that perform Bomba and Plena\, the vibrant drum music of Puerto Rico. Band Director Juan Cartagena is a recognized Master Folk Artist by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. Founded in 1989\, Segunda Quimbamba have many recordings & have performed throughout the US and Internationally.  Free & all ages! Grant funding has been provided by the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners  through a grant award from the Middlesex County Cultural and Arts Trust Fund. \n \n
