DESCRIPTION:Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts features Julisa Maria Mugica\, a female Hispanic artist with Dominican and Cuban background.  Using essential Latin herbs and spices as a form of pigmentation\, Julisa creates large scale paintings to bring recognition to the existence of Latin symbolism and the individuality of Latin culture. Opening reception Wed Sept 19th 7-9pm.  Exhibit through Oct 11.
