The City has lifted the water boil advisory. They said repairs have been completed and that water quality testing has confirmed the water meets all safety standards. It is unknown if that also includes the radon which has been reported in the water since October 2025 and exceeded drinking water quality standards.
The City recommends that you run your water faucets for 3–5 minutes to flush your service connection and interior plumbing. Also, empty and clean automatic ice makers and water chillers. Drain and refill hot water heaters if the temperature is set below 113°F. If you use a water softener or cartridge filter, run a regeneration cycle according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Water reservoirs in tall buildings should be drained and refilled if applicable.
