Speaker for the meeting is Michelle Dominika Tomaino and her program is “Villa Vanilla” A walk through of Villa Vanilla Spice Plantation,  a sustainable organic spice farm in Costa Rica.  An organic and biodynamic farm which grows a variety of spices including vanilla, cocoa, true cinnamon. Spices will be available for sale.  She will bring additional items for purchase, so you can replicate what you tasted.  Items cost below $3 – $7 since they are merely take home sample sized.  Sample recipes are given with the lecture. St. Peter’s Parish House, 183 Rector Street, Perth Amboy.
