The Perth Amboy Free Public Library will host its 5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Saturday, October 4, from noon to 3pm at the library located at 196 Jefferson St. Admission is free, and all are welcome. This year’s celebration features an exciting and diverse lineup including Cuban pianist and vocalist Ariacne Trujillo, an Argentine Tango performance, A Spanish poetry reading by Aldo Revilla, Típico music by Gio Accordion. The event will also feature a Hispanic Art Exhibit with original works by Perth Amboy High School art students. There will also be a Hispanic History Exhibit honoring the achievements and stories of the Hispanic community, as well as arts and crafts, traditional food, and children’s activities.
