Salsa by the Bay returns monthly this summer in beautiful Bayview Park Saturdays June 27, July 25 and August 22. A beloved event that brings the community together, it features a one hour free group dance lesson from top Latin dance instructors. Then 2 hours of live music featuring amazing bands and open dancing from 6-8pm. Chef Deluxe Me Food Truck will be selling delicious food. Salsa by the Bay is presented by PerthAmboyArtworks.org

Salsa by the Bay kicks off Saturday June 27 with a group Salsa dance lesson by StepUp Dance Studio from 5-6 pm. Then from 6-8pm enjoy Live Salsa by Swing Sabroso. 

Saturday July 25 will feature Bachata & Merengue Night at Salsa by the Bay. Come learn to dance Bachata & Merengue in group dance lesson by James Taveras and Nancy Ynchaustegui from 5-6pm. Then from 6-8pm enjoy dancing to Live Bachata & Merengue featuring J Moreno La Banda Soberana. 

Salsa by the Bay Finale is Saturday August 22 2026. Come out for a Salsa group dance lesson by South St Salsa from 5-6 pm. Then from 6-8pm enjoy Live Salsa and open dancing featuring Eric Cabanilla y Su Grupo K’ndel. 

Salsa by the Bay takes place monthly this summer in beautiful Bayview Park on the Perth Amboy Waterfront located at 250 Water St in Perth Amboy NJ. The event is free and open to the public. 

Bring your own chairs and blankets. Free parking is available at the Perth Amboy Marina on Front St. Bathrooms are located in Bayview Park.
