Proprietary House Tea and Tour Wednesday July 3  from 1-4pm
Enjoy afternoon tea and treats in the colonial wine cellar and tour the historic Royal Governor’s Mansion. Free tour. 149 Kearny Ave

Perth Amboy Fireworks Spectacular & Festival Wednesday July 3  from 5-10pm
The free, pre-fireworks fun begins at 5 p.m. Residents and visitors are invited to picnic, play games and relax in parks along the waterfront. Perth Amboy’s Sadowski Parkway will become a car-free roadway where children can safely play. Food trucks will be onsite and will offer ice cream, tacos, burgers, and many snacks. Independence Day souvenirs including mini American flags will be available to purchase. Fireworks over Raritan Bay start time is 9:30pm. The world-renowned Garden State Fireworks will produce the spectacular show. Street closures around the waterfront district begin at 5pm. Great places to view the fireworks are from the waterfront walkway, marina and along the Sadowski Parkway green and the beachfront area.

Perth Amboy Fireworks Cruise on the Cornucopia Wednesday July 3 from 6:30- 10pm
Make reservations for the July 3rd local cruise to view the Perth Amboy fireworks spectacular. Perth Amboy Fireworks Dinner Buffet,  boarding at 6:30pm, sailing at 7pm and returning at 10pm. Proprietary House Open House, NJ State Liberty Bell Ringing & 243rd Anniversary Signage of Declaration of Independence Thursday July 4th from 12:30- 3pm, City Hall Circle
Procession will begin at Proprietary House, 149 Kearny Ave up High Street to City Hall Circle, followed by the ringing of the Liberty Bell replica by Mayor Wilda Diaz and reading of an excerpt of the Declaration of Independence.

Macy’s Fireworks NYC Cruise on the Cornucopia Thursday July 4th boards 4pm
Get on board the Cornucopia, sailing roundtrip from Perth Amboy to New York City to see the NYC Macy’s Fireworks Display. Boarding time is 4PM, sailing at 4:30 PM. Returning time is approx. 1:00 AM. The Garden State Symphonic Band plays Sunday from 3-5pm in Bayview Park.  Free parking and bathrooms at the Perth Amboy Marina on Front St. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the music and beautiful views of Raritan Bay. Restaurants and ice cream parlor in walking distance. Free and open to the public, all ages.
