Let’s get spooky! Take a ghostly guided journey through centuries of Perth Amboy history on the Haunted Lantern Walk offered by the Proprietary House on Saturday October 28. The walk starts at sundown, and you can get tickets for any of the 3 time slots 5:30pm, 7pm and 8:30pm. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door, kids $15. Use this link to purchase tickets. The haunted tour includes Proprietary House, 149 Kearny Ave in Perth Amboy which is a Revolutionary War site and is listed as one of the most haunted sites in NJ. It served as the Royal Governors Mansion during Colonial Times and is the only proprietary governor’s mansion of the original Thirteen Colonies still standing. Proprietary House has been featured on Ghosthunters and has been investigated for paranormal activity. You will learn about the ghosts that occupy the house.
