The Annual Perth Amboy Puerto Rican Cultural Festival kicks off this weekend and features great music, food and rides for the kids. The Puerto Rican Festival takes place at 500 Valley Place in Rudyk Park. Friday June 6 the festival goes from 4:30pm-11pm. Breakdancing performances by B-Girl Twice and local talent begin at 7pm.

Saturday June 7th the festival is from noon-11pm and will feature an electrifying performance by Bomba y Plena stars Paris and MJ Ritmo del Cultura.

Saturday June 7th Los Pleneros de la Cresta perform at 8:30pm. You know them from the #1 hit song “Café con Ron” by Bad Bunny. This performance will be epic! WEPA!

Saturday Olga Tanon headlines the 2025 Perth Amboy Puerto Rican Festival. Olga Tanon is a Puerto Rican Tropical and Latin pop singer who has earned 2 Grammys, 3 Latin Grammys and 29 Premio Lo Nuestro Awards and sold millions of albums worldwide.

Sunday June 8 the festival goes from noon-10pm. Get ready for a blast of flavor, tradition, and Boricua pride featuring a performance by Julio Cesar & Julisa Sanabria. DJ Alex Sensation performs Sunday.

Torres Cafe was on social media promoting the event and their delicious food that you can buy at the Perth Amboy Puerto Rican Festival. It’s free to enter the festival, there is one entrance at Rudyk Park and police will be checking backpacks.
