The Police Athletic League Carnival Returns to the Perth Amboy Waterfront on Mon July 1 and runs until Fri July 5th. The hours are from 5pm-10pm, but on July 3 and 4 open til 11pm. The carnival features rides, food and novelty items to buy. The family friendly event is held on the waterfront on Wilentz Field at the end of the Second St. Police Officers attend the event as well as community leaders.
