The Garden State Symphonic Band will perform on Independence Day Weekend in Perth Amboy on Sunday July 3rd from 3-5pm in Bayview Park. The free concert by the bay is open to the public. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the music and beautiful views of Raritan Bay. The music program for the July 3rd performance is Patriotic music and will include God Bless American, This Land is Your Land, The Phantom Regimen, The American Ranger and more. Also, Besame Mucho, Danza Mexicano and Mississippi Suite and more. The Garden State Symphonic Band will perform every Sunday in Bayview Park from 3-5pm through Aug 21. The concert series in Bayview by the Garden State Symphonic Band is one of the longest running concert series in the country, funded by the Music Performance Trust Fund since 1948. The City of Perth Amboy also provides funding.

Restaurants and an ice cream parlor (see list of waterfront dining options) are in walking distance of Bayview Park, or you can enjoy eating at the picnic tables at the base of the park. Parking and bathrooms are at the Perth Amboy Marina on Front St.
