The City of Perth Amboy has launched a dedicated phone number and online registration for city residents only, ages 18 and older, to register for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment. The vaccination being administered for Perth Amboy residents through this effort is Moderna. Register online today on the city website or call (732) 324-3521.

Gov. Murphy has stated that there is a goal of 70% of the NJ adult population be vaccinated by June 30th. Currently, everyone 16 and older is eligible to be vaccinated in NJ. Eligible residents can also try to directly make an appointment at listed NJ COVID vaccine locations.
