Proper performs at Perth Amboy Ferry Slip May 18th

The Perth Amboy Ferry Slip is a historic site on the Perth Amboy waterfront with beautiful views of Raritan Bay.  Local arts nonprofit Perth Amboy Artworks has been transforming the Ferry Slip into a live music venue, hosting free concerts that feature local NJ bands and singer/songwriters performing original music. The Home News Tribune has recommended the music series as a top thing to do. The concert series has featured top NJ acts with great performances featuring punk, rock, blues, jazz, soul, Latin and folk music.  The free concerts occur monthly from May-September, and many are scheduled around the full moonrise over Raritan Bay, which is very beautiful.  Seating is available under the Ferry Slip roof, and there is also room for dancing. You can listen to music and gaze out at the sail boats docked nearby.
