Perth Amboy residents report sightings of beautiful monarch butterflies who are on their way from Canada to Mexica during their annual fall migration. Every fall in late September, October and through November the stunning orange and black monarch butterflies make stops in NJ during their migration travels. In front and backyards and in gardens and along the waterfront, Perth Amboy residents are enjoying the many monarch butterflies that have appeared. The butterflies enjoy flower nectar and feed off the native plants in NJ.
