Sipos Bakery which closed in June 2023 has announced they are reopen for business as of November 11. The bakery located at 365 Smith St. in Perth Amboy had been open for nearly half a century serving the immigrant community in Perth Amboy to first the Polish, Hungarian and European, then to the Spanish community and its menu offerings ranged from babka bread to tres leches cake.

Customers said they look for to going back to the newly opened bakery to get their fresh baked jelly donuts, cupcakes, french bread, rolls, pastries and cakes.
