On Saturday June 3 2023 around 8:30pm the Strawberry Moon made an appearance over Raritan Bay before it slipped back into the clouds. Perth Amboy is known for the beautiful moonrise and the strawberry moon did not disappointed raising orange over the water into a moody blue sky. The picture of the strawberry moonrise by Caroline Pozycki Torres was featured on the Perth Amboy Now Facebook Page and has received 567 likes from moon gazers from across the state and country.
