Saturday May 9th is the opening reception for the bi-annual Art Walk Exhibition. The reception will take place from 6-8pm at the Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts at 339 Reade St Perth Amboy NJ. The opening reception will feature art, food, music and vendors.

The artwalk is an outdoor showcase created by local artists featuring 20 large installations in Patten Park next to the gallery. This year’s theme celebrates Caribbean culture highlighting its traditions, history and everyday life. There will also be an indoor exhibition at the gallery.

The outdoor artists include Soly, Angel Reyes, Julisa Mugica, Lidia Vargas, Alexander Zayas, Yoskar Deleon and Louie Blaka. The interior exhibit features Esther Ramos, Guillermo Novo, Nelson Batista and Raoul Alburg.
