The Perth Amboy Arts Council approved a mural application by artist Albertus Joseph sponsored by the local organization PARTNER to complete a mural at the intersection of Fayette St and Goodwin St. The mural, titled “Hometown Girl,” is a portrait of a woman. The mural will now be presented to the City Council for approval on September 25th. If approved, the mural is scheduled to be completed this fall.
