On Saturday Dec 4 the City of Perth Amboy will hold its annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony. The Christmas Parade begins at 4 pm at 475 Smith St. The Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 5:30pm at City Hall Circle (read story).  The Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts will host an art show and meet the artist reception on Friday Dec 3 and Saturday Dec 4 from 6-8pm featuring artists Marcelino Garcia and Sarai Araiza whose works are showcased at the gallery (read story). The art show reception will feature music, refreshments, an art talk and more. The Perth Amboy Gallery Center for the Arts is at 339 Reade St in Perth Amboy. Before or after the events, check out the newly opened Bay City Restaurant and Sports Bar at 273 High St in Perth Amboy which features an amazing drink menu with delicious cocktails like Tres Leche Martini, Winter Paloma, Moscow Mule, Blackberry Whiskey Sour and Passionfruit Mojito. Enjoy cocktails with some appetizers like spanish picadera, empanadas, seasonal ceviche, and roasted clams. Many delicious burger, pizza and sushi menu items also to be explored!
